An Itec qualified beauty therapist/Lecturer and postgraduate many holistic treatments, has also undertaken studies in the Boston MIT Entrepeuneurial Masters Program. Noelle has been in the spa and salon industry for nearly two decades. She began her career in a single cubicle beauty room behind a local hair salon and built it to Ireland's First Beauty Chain, while setting up a distribution company supplying the leading beauty products in Ireland and the UK. Noelle then got involved in manufacturing of natural & organic products. Noelle started to provide complete spa consultancy & operational support to her clients & the extensively growing spa & wellness industry in Ireland and the UK. Her earlier expertise in product development, product manufacturing, product distribution and spa management knowledge also helped her develop products for leading Spa chains, which she continues to do even today.
